Which Hacoo spreadsheet is best? Score any list yourself with seven checks and 100 points

Last updated .

Short answer: The best Hacoo spreadsheet is the one that passes a simple test, not the one with the loudest promoter. Score any list on seven points worth 100 marks: a date within the last 30 days, labelled link types, at most 2 dead links in a 10-row sample, prices, size notes, a named owner, and no payment outside the Hacoo app. Any request for payment outside the app fails the sheet outright. Method as of 12 October 2026.

These product photos come from repbuysheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to choose from. Each card shows the price in dollars and yuan, how many photos the listing has and a short story about the style; tap it for the full photo set on repbuysheet.com. The set changes automatically every month.

Why we score sheets instead of crowning one

We don't publish a "best Hacoo spreadsheet" winner, because nobody outside a creator's circle can verify who maintains a list, how often its links are tested, or whether the creator earns commission on each row. Hacoo runs an affiliate programme that pays creators "high commissions" through tracking links, according to its own affiliates page checked on 12 October 2026. That doesn't make a list bad, but it means a ranking based on popularity tells you little about quality.

What can be checked is the sheet in front of you. The seven tests below take about ten minutes, need no account, and give a score out of 100. They work on a Google Sheet, an Excel file, a PDF or a Telegram post, in English or Spanish. If you're reading Reddit threads to find candidate lists, our page on judging Hacoo spreadsheet threads on Reddit covers how to tell honest haul posts from promotion; this page starts once you have a sheet open.

A score you can repeat beats a ranking you have to trust.

The seven checks, in the order to run them

  1. Date. Look for a "last updated" or "checked" date in the title, header or first row. Within the last 30 days is good; 31 to 60 days is usable; older or missing is a warning.
  2. Link type mix. Can you tell which rows are Hacoo app links (hacoo.app/detail/ plus a number), which are agent links and which go to a marketplace? Shortened links that hide the destination fail this check.
  3. Dead-link rate on 10 rows. Pick 10 rows spread across the sheet, not the first ten. Open each on the phone with the Hacoo app installed and count how many show the pictured item.
  4. Prices shown. Each row should carry a price and a currency, so you can total a basket before opening the app.
  5. Sizes or measurements. Clothing and shoe rows should say how the item fits: "runs small", a centimetre measurement, or the size the creator bought.
  6. Source or owner named. A creator handle, a channel name or a contact, so you know whose list it is and where updates appear.
  7. No payment outside the app. The sheet must not ask for money, for itself or for items, through a payment app, a bank transfer or a private message.

Run them in this order because the first two take seconds and often settle the question. An undated sheet of unlabelled short links rarely improves on closer inspection.

Date and link labels first: they predict the rest of the score.

The scoring table

Each check carries a weight that reflects how much it affects your chance of a good order. Check 7 is different: it carries 15 points, but failing it disqualifies the sheet whatever else it scores.

How to read the total: 70 or more with check 7 passed is a sheet worth using as it is. 40 to 69 is a source of ideas; copy the rows that pass into your own file. Below 40, close it. The 15 points on check 7 exist so that an honest sheet is rewarded, not so that a payment request can be outweighed.

70 points and no payment request: use it. Anything else: mine it for rows.

Worked example: two hypothetical sheets, scored

The two sheets below are hypothetical, built to show how the scoring works. They are not real lists and don't describe any creator.

Hypothetical scoring of two Hacoo sheet types
CriterionHypothetical A: a dated creator Google SheetHypothetical B: an undated PDF from a Telegram group
1. DateHeader says checked 19 days ago → 20No date anywhere → 0

Sheet A is usable as it stands, though three dead rows out of ten means roughly a third of what you like may already be gone. Sheet B fails on every count, and its payment request alone would rule it out. If it contains a photo you love, keep the photo and search for the item yourself.

Example basket from Sheet A: two rows at example prices of £14.00 and £21.00 total £35.00. Hacoo's published basic shipping fee to the UK is £4.99 per order under 3 kg, so the example order is £39.99 before any extras.

Most real sheets land between these two; the score tells you which end yours is nearer.

Running the dead-link sample properly

Check 3 carries 20 points, and it is the one people get wrong. Three rules keep it fair.

  • Use the phone with the Hacoo app. Hacoo product links of the form hacoo.app/detail/ plus a number open a community landing page in a browser, not the product, as we saw when loading one directly on 12 October 2026. On a computer every Hacoo row looks dead.
  • Spread the sample. Take rows from the top, middle and bottom. Creators often refresh the first screen and forget the rest.
  • Count "Sold out" as dead. A listing that opens but shows no stock in your size is no use for this order.

If a link opens a different item from the photo, count it as dead too. That usually means the seller reused the listing. Our guide to what Hacoo links open explains the link types you'll meet during the sample.

Write the result down as you go. In our template, set Status to Opens, Dead or Sold out for each sampled row and put today's date in Last checked. Then the formula =COUNTIF(K2:K,"Dead")/COUNTA(K2:K) gives you the dead share directly. Repeat the sample a month later on ten different rows: a sheet whose dead share climbs from 20 % to 50 % in four weeks isn't being maintained, whatever its header date says. A sheet that holds steady is the one worth following, and its creator is the one whose next list you should check first.

Ten rows, spread out, on the phone: anything less flatters the sheet.

Check 7 in practice: what counts as a payment request

Hacoo takes payment in its own app (hacoo.app also has an unlinked browser cart, whose checkout we haven't tested), and its after-sales promise covers 15 days from receiving the order, according to its help centre on 12 October 2026. A payment made anywhere else falls outside that promise. That is why check 7 is a hard fail. Common forms:

  • "Unlock the full list" through a payment link or a paid group.
  • "Message me to order" followed by a request for a bank transfer or payment-app transfer.
  • A form asking for card details on a page that isn't the Hacoo app.

Hacoo's own Trust Center says it has removed more than 1,000 deceptive posts and links and banned more than 500 accounts, which shows the platform knows these schemes exist. For more on judging the platform itself, see whether Hacoo is legit.

Money outside the app means no Hacoo protection: no exceptions on this check.

What our own pages offer instead of a crowned list

We don't sell or gate a list. Three things on this site do part of a spreadsheet's job, with dates attached:

  • A photo grid of priced items on this page and the category pages, drawn from repbuysheet.com, which indexes more than 10,000 products. Each card shows a price, so you can compare a sheet's prices with a second source.
  • An agent status list on our spreadsheet finder, with each agent marked open, on hold or closed and the date we checked it. Use it before trusting any agent link in a sheet.
  • A free 12-column template for keeping only the rows that pass. Our Google Sheets and Excel guide shows how to import it and add the formulas.

Reading in Spanish? Our Spanish guide to the best Hacoo spreadsheets uses its own examples for Spain. And if you would rather someone else checks a row before it ships, our WhatsApp service takes a screenshot, quotes one delivered price, sends photos before dispatch, and you pay per order.

Score the sheet, keep the passing rows, and use a second source for prices.

Questions about picking a Hacoo sheet

Which is the best Hacoo spreadsheet in 2026?

We don't name one, because no outside reader can verify who maintains a creator's sheet or how often. Instead, score any list with our seven checks worth 100 points: date, link labels, a 10-row dead-link sample, prices, sizes, a named owner and no outside payment. A sheet scoring 70 or more with no payment request is worth using. Below that, copy the good rows into our template and move on.

How many dead links are acceptable in a Hacoo sheet?

Test 10 random rows. If 8 or more open the pictured item, the sheet earns the full 20 points for this check. Three or four dead rows earn 10, and five or more earn nothing. Hacoo listings sell out and get relisted often, so even a well-kept list loses rows within weeks. A dated sheet with 2 dead links in 10 is in good shape; an undated one with 5 is abandoned.

What are 'mejores spreadsheets hacoo'?

It is the Spanish search for the best Hacoo spreadsheets. Spain is the largest market for Hacoo spreadsheet searches in our Semrush data from 5 October 2026, so many lists are made by Spanish creators. The same 7-point test applies whatever the language: check the date, sample 10 links, look for prices and sizes, and refuse any list that asks for payment outside the Hacoo app.

Why does an undated sheet lose so many points?

Without a date you cannot tell whether the links were tested last week or last year, and the date check alone is worth 20 of the 100 points. A sheet dated within the last 30 days gets all 20, one dated 31 to 60 days ago gets 10, and an older or undated sheet gets none. Dead links usually follow: in our hypothetical example, the undated PDF also failed the sample check.

Is a paid Hacoo spreadsheet better than a free one?

No. The links in any Hacoo list are public product pages, so a paid list sells access to something you can find yourself. Our seventh check is a hard rule: any request to pay outside the Hacoo app, whether for the list or for items, fails the sheet regardless of its other points. Hacoo's 15-day after-sales window only covers orders placed with Hacoo itself.

What should I do with a sheet that fails the test?

Keep the useful rows and drop the file. Copy rows that still open into our free 12-column template, mark each with the date you checked it, and set Status to Opens, Dead or Sold out. For dead rows with a good photo, an image search often finds the same item elsewhere. Our Hacoo-to-agent guide covers that route, and our WhatsApp service can quote a screenshot.
