Hacoo in six numbers

This page collects the Hacoo figures people quote most often, each with the place it was read and the date. It is a reference sheet: the other guides on this site explain what to do with the numbers, and this one records them. Every figure was checked between 5 and 12 October 2026 and will drift, so the date matters as much as the number.

What the company facts mean

Hacoo uses several names in different places: DOOP TECH LIMITED in Hong Kong on Google Play, Hacoo Tech Limited on the App Store, and a Dublin 2 address in the website footer. Its Terms of Service are governed by UK law. Hacoo does not explain how these relate, so we report each where it appears rather than guessing a group structure.

The Terms and the new About page describe Hacoo as a content-sharing community, while the app's store subtitle is "Online shopping for everything" and an older About page on act.hacoo.app calls it a "one stop online shopping mall". In practice, buyers pay Hacoo in the app and Hacoo's own policies govern shipping and refunds. That is why this site treats Hacoo as a retailer you buy from directly, not as a shopping agent. The Saramart history is visible in the plumbing rather than in any announcement. Besides the Android package name, the help-centre address still contains "saramart", the app's deep links start with saramart://, the website's API calls carry appname=saramart, and images load from a host called saracdn.com. Spanish site Hipertextual described the change as a rebrand of the Asian brand SaraMart in September 2024, without a date. What the ratings mean

The app stores and Trustpilot measure different things. Store ratings (4.7 UK App Store, 4.6 Spanish App Store, 4.6 Google Play UK view) are mostly quick taps from active users. Trustpilot's 3.7 comes from people choosing to report an experience, and it is sharply split: about 51% five-star and 34% one-star. In our own sorted sample of 200 recent Trustpilot reviews, blocked accounts and auto-cancelled orders were the top complaint among negative reviews (32.3%), ahead of parcels that were late or never arrived (24.2%).

Ratings also vary by country. The same Google Play listing showed 4.6 in the UK view and 4.4 in the Spanish view, and the French App Store showed 4.4 from 43,796 ratings. Quote a rating with its store and country.

High store ratings and a split Trustpilot profile are both true; neither alone describes the risk.

What the delivery and fee figures mean

Hacoo's standard service is slow but cheap. Hacoo's shipping page quotes 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany and Italy and 15–30 to Spain, alongside 3–5 business days of processing, without saying exactly when the count starts. The EU help centre gives a combined figure of 15–28 days. Countries outside the main list get 25–65 days.

Example, using example prices: two T-shirts at an example €9 each, shipped to Germany, cost €18 plus the €4.99 basic fee, €22.99 at checkout. A 4 kg parcel to Spain is 1 kg over the 3 kg limit, two steps of 0.5 kg, so $10 is added to the basic fee. EU rules add a temporary flat €3 customs duty per item category in low-value IOSS parcels since 1 July 2026, with import VAT from the first euro; the two T-shirts are one category. Budget a month for standard delivery and check the checkout total rather than the item price.

What the refund and wallet figures mean

The claim window is short: 15 days from delivery, reviewed in 24–72 hours, with results sent by WhatsApp or SMS. Approved refunds take 5–7 working days to PayPal or 8–15 to a card. The in-app Wallet holds a Balance, which can pay for orders or be withdrawn to a bank card, and Cashback, which cannot be withdrawn. Hacoo's EU help centre says reimbursed import fees go to that Balance. Where you can, ask for refunds to the original payment method, so money does not sit in the app. Golden Membership advertises free fast shipping and 1% cashback, but no price was shown when we checked.

Facts that conflict

Hacoo's own pages disagree with each other in several places. We show both figures rather than picking one.

For practical decisions, use the stricter figure: assume 3–7 days of processing and 15 working days for a withdrawal, and before posting anything back, ask support in the app whether a return is required.

App versions and rating counts change weekly, delivery windows and fees less often, and company names rarely. Hacoo fact questions

Who owns Hacoo?

Hacoo's Android app is published on Google Play by DOOP TECH LIMITED, with a Hong Kong address in Cheung Sha Wan, checked on 12 October 2026. The App Store lists the developer as Hacoo Tech and the seller as Hacoo Tech Limited, and the website footer gives an address in Dublin 2, Ireland. Hacoo does not publish how these companies relate, so treat the Google Play developer as the clearest named publisher.

Is Hacoo the same as Saramart?

Yes, by every technical sign. The Android package is still com.saramart.android, help-centre links contain 'saramart', the app's deep links begin with saramart://, and saramart.com now shows only a 'we'll be back soon' page. No official rename date has been published; the first web archive capture of hacoo.app is from 28 March 2024, and Spanish press described the rebrand in September 2024.

How many people use Hacoo?

Google Play shows 10M+ downloads for the Android app, checked on 12 October 2026. On iPhone, the UK App Store listing had 77,648 ratings, the Spanish one 30,230 and the French one 43,796. Downloads and ratings are not active users, and Hacoo publishes no user count, so the honest summary is a widely installed app with tens of thousands of store ratings per major market.

How long does Hacoo take to deliver?

Hacoo's shipping page, checked on 12 October 2026, quotes 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany and Italy, 15–30 days to Spain and 25–65 days to other countries, plus an express option of 5–7 working days. Processing adds 3–5 business days by that page, though the EU help centre says 3–7. Plan around the upper figure when an order is time-sensitive.

How long do Hacoo refunds take?

Hacoo's refund policy gives 5–7 working days to PayPal and 8–15 working days to a card once a refund is approved. Claims must be raised within 15 days of delivery and are reviewed in 24–72 hours. Money withdrawn from the in-app Wallet Balance takes 8–15 working days by the wallet page or 1–15 business days by the help centre; cashback cannot be withdrawn.

Is Hacoo available in the United States?

Not on the US App Store. On 12 October 2026 the app's App Store address returned an error for the United States and Apple's lookup returned no result for that store, while the UK and Spanish listings worked. Hacoo's website still defaults guest sessions to the United States with prices in US dollars, so region availability differs between the website and the app stores.
