Why we've put MuleBuy on hold
We use three labels on our status list: open, hold and closed. Hold means the agent may still be trading but the signals are bad enough that you shouldn't send new money. MuleBuy earned that label for a specific reason. Its long-run Trustpilot score is high, 4.7 from 2,962 reviews, but from 29 August to 11 September 2026 every new review was one-star, and they told the same story: orders stuck for weeks, support not replying, refunds not arriving. At the same time, claims of a warehouse raid circulated in August; the rep.tools directory found no official confirmation.

If you have items or money with MuleBuy
- Collect evidence: order pages, payment receipts, warehouse photos, every message.
- Open a support ticket asking for shipment or refund, with a specific date.
- Use your payment provider: if you paid by card or PayPal and you're inside the dispute window, file a dispute with the evidence attached.
- Ignore side offers: anyone in a chat offering to "release" your parcel for a fee is not MuleBuy's checkout.
- Don't add money or pay shipping on new parcels until the situation is clear.

Moving your MuleBuy finds elsewhere
Unpaid finds aren't trapped. MuleBuy rows point at Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listings, and those listings can be bought through any agent. What this means for Hacoo shoppers
MuleBuy's troubles are a reminder of a structural difference. A Hacoo order is paid and shipped in one go, with a 15-day return window after delivery; you never hold a balance with Hacoo or leave items waiting in a warehouse. Agent orders spend time in a warehouse in China, and money or items held there are exposed if the agent falters. That risk is manageable, by choosing agents marked open and paying per order, but it's real. For one or two items, Hacoo's model avoids it entirely. Italy and the US
In the keyword dataset we use, MuleBuy's searches are led by Italy (about 22,200 a month) and the US (12,100). Was MuleBuy raided?
Not confirmed. The rep.tools directory reported warehouse raid and sealing claims in August 2026, said the site still loaded on 31 August, and found no official confirmation; it rechecked the status on 22 September. MuleBuy's help-centre FAQ loaded without a closure notice on 5 October 2026. Treat the raid as unconfirmed and the stuck-order reviews as the real warning sign.
Why is MuleBuy on hold if its Trustpilot score is 4.7?
Because the average hides the trend. The 4.7 comes from 2,962 reviews built up over time, but every review posted between 29 August and 11 September 2026 was one-star, describing orders stuck for weeks, support not answering and refunds unpaid. A run like that matters more than an average when you're deciding whether to send money now.
I have items in MuleBuy's warehouse. What should I do?
Screenshot your orders, payment receipts, item photos and every support message. Open a ticket asking for shipment or a refund, with a clear deadline. If you paid by card or PayPal within the provider's dispute window, start a dispute and attach the evidence. Don't pay any 'release fee' requested outside MuleBuy's own checkout.
Can I move my MuleBuy finds to another agent?
Yes, for items you haven't paid for yet. The products are Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listings, so the same item can be bought through any open agent. Take the marketplace address or item number from your MuleBuy row and paste it into our converter, which outputs links for up to 13 agents, then check that agent's status first.
