Why MyCNBox appeals to people coming from Hacoo
Two habits carry over from Hacoo: shopping with familiar payment options, and judging products by what you can see. MyCNBox speaks to both. A third-party directory lists Klarna, iDEAL, Apple Pay and Google Pay among its payment methods, and reports a short 360-degree video with every item's photos. It is also busy: on 5 October 2026 its Trustpilot profile showed 4.8 from 413 reviews, with new reviews landing daily.
The caveats are about age and documentation. A directory dates MyCNBox's start to 2025, and most of the detail about it comes from a directory rather than from MyCNBox's own published terms.
Attractive for Hacoo habits; young enough to deserve a cautious first order.

Using the video properly
A video is only useful if you know what to look for. For clothing, watch how the fabric falls when the item is turned; thin fabric flaps, heavier fabric swings. For shoes, look at the sole from the side to see if it sits flat, and at the heel for glue marks. For bags, watch whether the shape holds when the bag is moved. Pause on the size label. Then compare everything with the original Hacoo listing you traced the item from. Our shoe page lists the four checks that catch most problems.
Watch for movement, labels and soles; that is what photos can't show.
Bringing a Hacoo find to MyCNBox
Hacoo links don't work in any agent, MyCNBox included. Find the same item on Taobao, Weidian or 1688 with an image search, check the size chart and material line against the Hacoo listing, then paste the marketplace address into MyCNBox. Our Hacoo-to-agent guide covers the matching, and the converter confirms the platform and item number from any marketplace link.
Trace the seller, then paste; no agent reads Hacoo links.
Paying without building a balance
Klarna and cards make agents feel like Hacoo, but an agent account works differently: there is a wallet, and it is tempting to load it. Don't. Pay each order at the moment you place it, and pay shipping when you submit the parcel. Agents can change quickly, as two closures in August 2026 showed; see CNFans.
Pay per order, even when instalments are on offer.
A sensible first MyCNBox order
- Two or three matched items, ideally from one seller.
- Watch each video and compare with the Hacoo listing before approving shipping.
- Choose a line that suits your country's tax handling; the Poland and Germany pages explain the EU's €3 per-category duty on low-value parcels.
- Price it against Hacoo with the calculator.
See the other open agents on our status list, or skip accounts with our WhatsApp service: one delivered price, photos before dispatch, payment per order.
Small, watched, compared: the safe way to test a newer agent.
MyCNBox or the Hacoo app for the same purchase
Suppose you want a puffer jacket you saw in Hacoo. In the app, you check the size chart, pay once and wait about 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany or Italy by Hacoo's estimate, plus 3–5 business days of processing; if it fits badly, the 15-day window and the return postage are your problem. Through MyCNBox, assuming you trace the same jacket to a marketplace seller, you pay with a method you're used to, watch a short video of the actual jacket in the warehouse, and only then decide whether to ship. Jackets are bulky, so shipping weight matters; the warehouse stage also tells you the real weight before you commit, which our calculator can then use.
For bulky, fit-sensitive pieces, seeing and weighing first is the advantage.
MyCNBox questions from Hacoo shoppers
What is special about MyCNBox's QC?
According to the third-party directory w2cspreadsheet, MyCNBox includes four photos and a short 360-degree video of about 15 seconds per item. Video shows things photos miss: how fabric moves, whether a sole sits flat, how a bag holds its shape. For someone used to Hacoo, where you see nothing until delivery, that is a large step up. Confirm the current offer on MyCNBox's site.
Can I pay MyCNBox with Klarna like on Hacoo?
The same directory lists Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and iDEAL among MyCNBox's payment methods. Availability depends on your country. Even with instalment options, the safe habit is unchanged: pay each order as you place it and don't build up a wallet balance. Check the payment screen for what's offered to you.
Is MyCNBox new?
Yes, relatively. The directory gives 2025 as its starting year, and its Trustpilot profile was claimed in March 2025. Reviews are frequent: 269 of its 413 reviews came in the 12 months before 5 October 2026, and new ones were arriving daily. A young agent with good early reviews still warrants a smaller first order.
Who runs MyCNBox?
The w2cspreadsheet directory says MyCNBox operates under the LINCBUY name, with LINCBUY LTD in the UK acting as the payment acquirer. We didn't find this on MyCNBox's own pages in our check, so treat it as reported. If ownership matters to your decision, look for the company details in the site's footer or terms before paying.
Does MyCNBox charge a service fee?
The third-party directory describes a permanent zero service fee, but we found no fee table on MyCNBox's own site to confirm the terms. As with any agent, you still pay item price, domestic shipping in China and international shipping. Compare the full total with a Hacoo order using our calculator rather than relying on the headline.
