An old 2025 Hacoo spreadsheet in your hands: which rows still pay off and how to bring it up to date

Last updated .

Short answer: Hacoo spreadsheets labelled 2025 are still widely shared, and some rows still open. Three things changed underneath them: many listings were removed or relisted, the EU added a €3 customs duty per item category on low-value parcels from 1 July 2026, and US duty-free entry for small parcels ended in August 2025. Keep the rows that pass a five-link test, check the prices in the app, and replace dead rows from a dated 2026 source.

Why so many people still search for the 2025 sheet

In Semrush data for 5 October 2026, "hacoo spreadsheet 2025" still draws about 140 monthly searches each in Germany and Spain, with another 40 for "spreadsheet hacoo 2025" in Spain. The 2026 version is catching up but hasn't overtaken it yet: in Spain it draws about 90. The reason is simple: the 2025 lists were the ones that went viral, so they are the ones people have bookmarked, screenshotted or been sent in group chats.

That popularity is also the problem. A sheet that spread widely in 2025 was copied into dozens of versions, and few of those copies were ever cleaned. The rows that broke first are the ones that were most popular, because popular listings sell out and get relisted under new product pages.

The 2025 sheet is a good catalogue of ideas and a poor list of working links.

The last row surprises people. Many "Hacoo" spreadsheets were never pure Hacoo; their authors mixed in Taobao or Weidian items wrapped in an agent's link format. When that agent closed, those rows died even though the products are still for sale. Our CNFans page explains how to rescue such rows, and the link converter rewrites the underlying marketplace link for an agent that still works.

If a row broke because its agent closed, the item is probably still there; only the wrapper died.

Refreshing an old sheet in four passes

  1. Sort the rows by link type. Hacoo app links in one group, marketplace or agent links in another. They break for different reasons.
  2. Test the Hacoo rows on your phone. Anything that lands on the app's home screen goes to a "dead" tab, with its photo kept.
  3. Re-point the agent rows. Take the marketplace item number from each old agent link and open it through an agent that is open today, using our agent status list to pick one.
  4. Date the result. Write the check date in the sheet's title, so the next person knows how fresh it is.

The dead tab is not wasted. Each dead row still has a product photo, and that photo is how you find the same item from another seller. Our guide to moving a Hacoo find to an agent shows the image-search routine that works best.

Sort, test, re-point, date: an hour's work turns a 2025 list into a usable 2026 one.

Prices and tax: reading 2025 numbers today

Price columns in 2025 sheets were typed by hand, usually in US dollars or euros, and they never included tax for buyers who later paid it on delivery. Treat them as a rough guide only. For EU buyers, import VAT applies from the first euro, and since 1 July 2026 a flat €3 customs duty applies per item category on low-value IOSS parcels: ten identical T-shirts count as one category, while a T-shirt and a cap count as two. UK buyers pay VAT at checkout on parcels up to £135. Our country pages for Spain, Germany and the UK work through the numbers.

For orders made inside the app, the Hacoo checkout total is what you pay. Hacoo's refund policy gives 15 days after delivery to request a return, so check items on arrival, not weeks later.

Ignore old price columns; trust only today's checkout total.

2025 sheet or 2026 sheet: which to keep

Keep both, for different jobs. The 2025 sheet is your idea board. A 2026 sheet with a visible date, or the main Hacoo spreadsheet guide on this site, is your shopping list. When the two disagree about price or availability, the newer one and the app win. If a 2025 find has vanished from Hacoo altogether and you still want it, send us a screenshot through WhatsApp: we quote one price with delivery included, and you pay per order.

Old lists for inspiration, dated lists for buying.

Questions about 2025 Hacoo sheets

Is a 2025 Hacoo spreadsheet still worth using?

Partly. Rows for basics such as plain hoodies or bags can still open, while trend items and shoes from 2025 are often gone. Test five random links: if at least four still open the pictured item, keep the sheet and prune it. If fewer work, use it only as a list of ideas and search for each item again in the app.

Why are prices in my 2025 sheet different from the app?

A spreadsheet freezes the price on the day someone typed it. Since then, sellers have changed prices, currency rates have moved, and EU buyers now face a €3 customs duty per item category on low-value parcels, in force since 1 July 2026. The price shown in the Hacoo app at checkout is the only one that counts.

What changed for US buyers since the 2025 sheets?

On 29 August 2025 the United States suspended duty-free de minimis treatment for low-value parcels from all countries, according to US Customs and Border Protection. Parcels that once arrived without duties can now carry them. A 2025 sheet's price notes therefore understate what a US buyer pays today, especially for orders built from several items.

Should I delete the dead rows or keep them?

Keep them in a separate tab rather than deleting them. A dead Hacoo row still holds a product photo, which is the starting point for finding the same item on Taobao or Weidian. That way an old row can still turn into a working agent order, while your main tab only shows links that open today.

Where do people find newer Hacoo sheets than 2025?

Creators usually update their link-in-bio pages and Telegram channels before they update a spreadsheet, so those are the freshest sources. Look for a list with a 2026 date in its header and run the five-link test on it. In Spain, Semrush counts 90 monthly searches for 'hacoo spreadsheet 2026', still behind 140 for 'hacoo spreadsheet 2025'.
