Hacoo spreadsheets work from the UK, with one setting first
Any English-language Hacoo spreadsheet works for a UK buyer, because the rows are links into the same app. What changes is the region. Hacoo's settings have a Region list of 65 countries, and the region decides the currency, the shipping fee and the delivery address format you see. A guest web session defaults to United States and US dollars. Switch the region to United Kingdom before you open spreadsheet links, and prices show in pounds with the UK fee.
The UK is one of Hacoo's biggest markets. Semrush UK data dated 5 October 2026 shows about 1,600 monthly searches for "hacoo uk", 320 for "hacoo links uk", 110 for "hacoo website uk" and 90 for "hacoo uk app", and "hacoo spreadsheet uk" appears in Google autocomplete. Reviews point the same way: in our own sample of the 200 most recent English-language Trustpilot reviews, collected on 12 October 2026, 104 reviewers, or 52%, were in Great Britain. That is our sample, not a Hacoo figure, and Trustpilot reviewers are self-selected.
Region trouble is a recurring theme. One UK App Store review from February 2025 described the app setting the location to the United States and support declining to change it. In our Trustpilot sample, some reviewers reported not being able to change region at all, while one praised how smoothly things worked once the phone's region was set to the UK.
Set the region to United Kingdom first; every spreadsheet row then shows the right price and fee.
The UK app, the website and where links open
Hacoo is an app-first retailer. On the UK App Store on 12 October 2026, "Hacoo - Discovering & Inspiring" had a 4.7 rating from about 78,000 ratings, version 4.3.0 released on 30 September 2026, and sat at No. 5 in Lifestyle. On Google Play's GB view it showed 4.6, with over 10 million downloads.
The website is a different story. There is a UK landing page at hacoo.app/en-GB/, and the trailing slash matters: without it, the address returned an access error when we checked. It is a community landing page, not a shop. Product links of the form hacoo.app/detail/number, which is what most spreadsheets contain, showed that landing page in a desktop browser instead of the item. On a phone with the app installed, the "Open App" route takes you to the product.
So the practical setup for a UK buyer is: spreadsheet open on a computer or tablet, app on the phone, and links sent from one to the other, or the whole sheet opened on the phone. Our page on the Hacoo app and how it behaves covers installation and settings.
Read the sheet anywhere, but open each link in the app on your phone.
Which spreadsheet rows work best for a UK order
Some rows suit a UK order better than others, mainly because of the 3 kg fee rule and the £135 VAT line. Light, low-cost items are the easy wins; heavy or high-value orders need more planning.
- T-shirts, shorts, light tops and accessories: cheap and light, so a handful stays under 3 kg on the £4.99 basic fee.
- Hoodies and jeans: fine in twos and threes; larger orders approach 3 kg. Our clothing measurement guide covers sizing in centimetres.
- Trainers and padded jackets: heavy, so each pair or coat eats a large part of the 3 kg. Above it, Hacoo adds $5 per extra 0.5 kg.
- Size-sensitive pieces: a misfit costs you return postage on a change of mind, so measure first.
- Rows with other companies' logos: we don't cover them. UK customs can seize trademark-infringing goods.
Rows also go stale. Popular sizes sell out and sellers relist under new pages. Our guide to finding Hacoo links that still open explains how to recheck a row and recover a dead one from its photo.
Light, generic, well-measured rows make the smoothest UK orders.
Prices in pounds: shipping, VAT and worked examples
Hacoo's own fee table gives a basic UK shipping fee of £4.99 for orders under 3 kg, plus $5 for every extra 0.5 kg above 3 kg. We found no free-shipping threshold. For consignments of £135 or less, VAT is charged at the point of sale, so the checkout price should already include it and nothing extra should be due on delivery.
- Example: three T-shirts and a hoodie at example prices totalling £45, well under 3 kg: £45 + £4.99 = £49.99, with VAT already in the price.
- Example: a winter order of about 3.4 kg: £4.99 + $5 for one extra 0.5 kg step, assuming part of a step counts as a full one. The dollar step is converted at the app's rate.
- Example: an order of example prices totalling £160: above £135, so the point-of-sale rule doesn't apply, and import VAT and any duty are collected at import, usually by the carrier.
Hacoo quotes 3–5 business days of processing and 15–25 days of delivery to the UK. For the courier side, tracking, missed deliveries and what happens above £135, see our UK delivery and VAT detail on the London page. For planning a bigger order, the haul planner works through weight and splitting.
Under 3 kg and under £135, a UK order costs the items plus £4.99, tax included.
Returns and refunds from the UK
Hacoo's refund policy gives 15 days after delivery to request a return or refund. Items must be unworn with tags attached; underwear and cosmetics can't be returned. If the item is defective or wrong, Hacoo bears the cost; for a change of mind, the buyer pays return postage, which from the UK can be a large share of a cheap item's price. Some of Hacoo's help pages tell buyers not to send anything back unless instructed, so start in the app's Refund/Exchange section and follow what it says.
Refund times depend on the payment method: Hacoo's policy gives 5–7 working days for PayPal and 8–15 for cards. Hacoo's app also has a Wallet with Balance and Cashback; where you can, ask for refunds to your original payment method. In our Trustpilot sample, the most common complaints from unhappy reviewers were account and payment problems and parcels that were delayed or never arrived, and a few UK reviewers named Evri or Royal Mail when a parcel was marked delivered but not received. Our shipping and returns guide covers the claim process step by step.
Photograph everything on arrival; the 15-day window starts at delivery.
Hacoo or an agent for a UK order
An agent buys from a marketplace seller for you, stores the item, sends warehouse photos and ships on a line you choose. For UK buyers the question is whether those photos and a combined parcel are worth more steps. This table compares the two routes for a typical UK order.
| Point | Hacoo app | Shopping agent |
|---|---|---|
| Checkout | One payment in the app, in £ | Pay for items, then pay for shipping later |
| Shipping cost | £4.99 under 3 kg; +$5 per extra 0.5 kg | Priced by weight per line, sometimes by volume |
| Delivery time | 15–25 days quoted, plus 3–5 days processing | Depends on the line chosen |
| UK VAT up to £135 | Charged at checkout | Choose a line that charges it upfront |
| Photos before dispatch | No | Yes, warehouse photos |
| Wrong size | Return request within 15 days; postage yours on a change of mind | Can go back to the seller in China before shipping |
| Spreadsheet links | Open directly in the app | Must be traced to Taobao, Weidian or 1688 first |
Among agents, OrientDig draws about 2,900 UK searches a month in the keyword data we use, which makes the UK its largest market, although KakoBuy and Superbuy each draw more UK searches; its own help pages state no handling fee on common platforms and 90 days of free storage. Read the OrientDig spreadsheet page for its terms, and put your own prices into the Hacoo vs agent cost calculator before choosing. Our guide to moving a Hacoo find to an agent explains how to trace a row.

Mistakes UK buyers make with spreadsheet rows
Most problems UK buyers describe come from a handful of avoidable slips rather than from the spreadsheet itself.
- Trusting the sheet's price: a price copied weeks ago, often in dollars or euros, rarely matches today's price in pounds. Check it in the app with the UK region set.
- An incomplete address: one UK reviewer in our Trustpilot sample described a parcel going back abroad after a failed delivery. Check the postcode and flat number in the app's Address section before paying.
- Ignoring the 3 kg line: a basket of trainers and coats passes it quickly, and every extra 0.5 kg adds $5.
- Buying by letter size: many sellers size small; use centimetres.
- Waiting to complain: the 15-day return window starts at delivery, not when you open the parcel.
Fresh price, full address, known weight, measured size: four checks that prevent most UK problems.
A UK starter routine
- Set the region to United Kingdom in the app's settings and check that prices show in £.
- Copy rows into your own sheet with our template, so you can track price, size and status.
- Check each link opens in the app and the size you need is in stock.
- Measure against clothes you own, using centimetres.
- Keep the first order under 3 kg and well under £135.
- Photograph the parcel and items on arrival.

The template opens in Excel, Numbers, and Google Sheets via File → Import. If you would rather send a link or screenshot and get one delivered price in pounds, our WhatsApp service sends photos before dispatch and you pay per order.
Region set, sizes measured, first order small: that is a sound UK start.
Hacoo spreadsheet questions from the UK
Is there a Hacoo UK website?
There is a UK version of Hacoo's landing site at hacoo.app/en-GB/, and the trailing slash matters: without it, the address returned an access error when we checked on 12 October 2026. It is a community landing page, not a shop. Product links open properly in the Hacoo app, so UK buyers use spreadsheets to collect app links and do the buying in the app.
Why do Hacoo links show dollar prices in the UK?
Usually because the account or app region is set to United States, which is the default for a guest web session. In Settings, choose Region and pick United Kingdom from the list of 65 countries; prices then show in pounds. One App Store review from February 2025 described being stuck on a US region, so set it correctly before you place your first order.
How much is Hacoo shipping to the UK?
Hacoo's own fee table gives a basic fee of £4.99 for UK orders under 3 kg. Above 3 kg, it adds $5 for each extra 0.5 kg, so a heavy winter order costs noticeably more. We found no free-shipping threshold. Hacoo quotes 3–5 business days of processing and 15–25 days of delivery to the UK, so allow about a month.
Will I pay VAT when a Hacoo parcel arrives in the UK?
Not on consignments worth £135 or less. Since January 2021, VAT on those is charged at the point of sale, according to GOV.UK, so the price at checkout should already include it. Above £135, import VAT and any customs duty are collected at import, usually by the carrier before delivery. Our London page explains the delivery side in more detail.
Do many UK shoppers use Hacoo?
Yes, judging by search and reviews. Semrush counts about 1,600 monthly UK searches for 'hacoo uk' and 320 for 'hacoo links uk' as of 5 October 2026. In our own sample of 200 recent English-language Trustpilot reviews, 52% came from reviewers in Great Britain. That sample is self-selected, so it shows UK interest, not overall satisfaction.
Which agent do UK Hacoo shoppers use?
In the keyword data we use, the UK is OrientDig's biggest market, at about 2,900 searches a month, though larger agents such as KakoBuy and Superbuy draw more UK searches. OrientDig's own help pages state no handling fee on common platforms and 90 days of free storage. Any agent route means tracing the Hacoo item to a marketplace first. For a UK parcel, pick a shipping line that charges VAT upfront for consignments up to £135.
