The Hacoo website checked address by address, for anyone trying to shop Hacoo from a browser

Last updated .

Short answer: The official Hacoo website is hacoo.app, but on 12 October 2026 its homepage was a 'lifestyle community' landing page with app download buttons, not a shop. Shared product links (hacoo.app/detail/ plus a number) open that landing page in a desktop browser, not the item. A browser search and cart area exists but isn't linked from the homepage, and we didn't test checkout. saramart.com shows only 'We'll be back soon'. Ordering still runs through the phone app.

The short answer: hacoo.app is a landing page, the shop is in the app

The official Hacoo website is hacoo.app, and on 12 October 2026 its homepage was not a shop. It described Hacoo as "the authentic lifestyle community where unfiltered inspiration turns into authentic, real-world connections", with links to Affiliates, a Trust Center, the App Store and Google Play, and a "Join the Community & Start Sharing" button. That button leads to a sign-in wall whose only option is "Sign In via Phone".

This matters if you searched "hacoo website", "hacoo online" or "hacoo clothing website" expecting a catalogue. The clothing, trainers and bags people talk about are sold in the phone app. The website mainly sends you there. Our Hacoo app guide covers installing the app and its settings; this page stays on the website itself.

Visit hacoo.app to download the app; don't expect to browse a catalogue there.

Address by address: what you see in a browser

We loaded each Hacoo address in a desktop browser on 12 October 2026, as a guest. A guest session defaults to region United States with prices in US$.

saramart.com"SaraMart — WE'LL BE BACK SOON"

The help centre deserves a closer look because it is the most useful part of the website. Its articles sit on act.hacoo.app under an /eu/ path, in English, grouped as Shipping & Delivery (six articles), After-sales, Orders (three), Account (two) and Payment (three). They cover delivery times, tracking, cancellations, address changes, Wallet withdrawals, double charges and EU import VAT. We found no Spanish-language help articles: the equivalent /es/ paths redirected to the homepage, and the Spanish refund-policy address did the same. Nor did any article cover account creation or app crashes. So the website answers "what are the rules?" reasonably well, and "how do I fix my app?" not at all.

One more page worth knowing is the Trust Center, linked from the homepage. It says Hacoo has removed "1000+ Deceptive Posts & Links" and banned "500+ Malicious Accounts". Those are Hacoo's own figures, not independently checked, but they confirm that misleading links circulate around the brand.

Two Hacoos live side by side online: a community site in front, a shop-style layer behind it.

Why shared product links don't open the product

Hacoo product links take the form hacoo.app/detail/ followed by a number, for example hacoo.app/detail/40425929. Clicking a result inside the web search page leads to that address. Loaded directly, though, in either a desktop browser or one set up as an iPhone, it showed the community landing page and no product. The page's "Open App" button passes the link on to the Hacoo app through a deep link.

In practice, then, a Hacoo link in a spreadsheet, a TikTok comment or a Telegram post only reaches the item on a phone with the app installed. On a computer, every such link looks dead even when the listing is fine. Our guide to what each kind of Hacoo link opens explains how to tell a really dead link from one that simply needs the app, and our guide to Hacoo errors covers messages such as "Item is not existing".

A related quirk: opening a search results address (hacoo.app/s/ plus a search term) directly returned a 403 error, while reaching the same page by typing in the search box worked. Bookmarking a search won't help.

Test Hacoo links on the phone with the app; a desktop browser will always show the homepage.

The hidden browser shop: what exists and what we didn't test

Hacoo has a mobile-style web shop that the homepage doesn't link to. The search page at hacoo.app/search/ listed "Hot Search" terms such as t-shirt, shorts, shoes, pants, tracksuit and belt. Searching "t shirt" returned product cards with monthly sales counts and prices, for example US$ 13.79 for a striped t-shirt. Cart, account, Wallet and coupon pages also loaded for a guest, and the bottom bar read "Home / Category / Cart / Account".

What we can't tell you is whether a purchase completes in a browser. We didn't create an account or try to check out. Hacoo's robots.txt file tells search engines not to crawl checkout, payment, payment-result and order pages, which suggests those pages exist. In 2024, the Spanish site Hipertextual reported that buying from a computer or web browser wasn't possible. The search and cart pages now partly contradict that, but the purchase path remains untested.

There's also a practical reason to stay in the app even if a browser checkout works: Hacoo's help centre routes every order change and refund claim through the app's order pages, and its web "Contact us" page only says to download the app.

The browser shop exists, but order support lives in the app, so place orders there.

Regional sections: the UK and Spanish pages

The homepage links eight regional sections: /en-US/, /en-GB/, /en-AU/, /en-CA/, /de-DE/, /es-ES/, /fr-FR/ and /it-IT/. Each is the same community landing page in the local language, and the trailing slash matters: hacoo.app/en-GB and hacoo.app/es-ES without it returned 403 Access Denied, while the versions with a slash loaded. The Spanish page is translated but its hero line stayed in English.

For UK readers searching "hacoo website uk": the /en-GB/ section isn't a separate UK shop. What is UK-specific sits in the rules: the terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, the shipping page quotes 15 to 25 days to the UK, the basic UK shipping fee is £4.99 under 3 kg, and VAT on parcels up to £135 is charged at the point of sale. The website footer, meanwhile, gives an address in Dublin, Ireland. For prices in pounds or euros, set the Region in the app's settings; on the web, switching Region to Spain changed prices to euros.

Regional pages change the language, not the shop; the Region setting changes prices.

Saramart, old pages and look-alike sites

Searches for "hacoo saramart website" reflect the rename. saramart.com now shows only "We'll be back soon". The Android package is still com.saramart.android, help-centre links still contain "saramart", and an older About page at act.hacoo.app still calls Hacoo "your one stop online shopping mall", contradicting the current "content-sharing community" description. No official rename date has been published; our page on Saramart and Hacoo spreadsheets covers what the rename means for old lists.

A popular app whose checkout lives mainly in the app creates room for look-alike sites. We haven't documented specific ones, so the advice is general:

  • Type hacoo.app yourself. Don't reach "Hacoo" through an ad, a paid search result or a link in a direct message.
  • Never pay on a site you reached from an ad or a DM. Hacoo's help centre handles orders and refunds in the app; a web page asking for card details outside it gets none of that protection.
  • Download the app only from the App Store or Google Play, where the developer names are Hacoo Tech and DOOP TECH LIMITED.

For who stands behind the company and how buyers rate it, see whether Hacoo is legit and our Hacoo facts sheet.

If the address isn't hacoo.app or an official app store, don't enter card details.

On a PC: the realistic options

If you only have a computer, you have three routes, and none is a Hacoo web checkout you can count on.

  1. Use the phone app. Browse on the computer if you like, but send the link to your phone and order there.
  2. An Android emulator. Software that runs Android apps on Windows or Mac exists, but it's an extra program you'd have to trust with your Hacoo login and payment card, and Hacoo doesn't mention emulators in its help centre. We don't recommend it for payment.
  3. Move the item to a shopping agent. Agents run full websites that work on a PC. Find the same product on Taobao, Weidian or 1688 with our guide to moving a Hacoo find to an agent, then turn the marketplace link into an agent link with the agent link converter.

Whichever route you pick, keep a screenshot of the Hacoo listing with its price and the date. Hacoo prices on the web defaulted to US$ for a guest, so a figure seen on a computer may not match what the app shows for your region. The screenshot is also what you need for an image search if the listing later disappears.

Or skip both: our WhatsApp service accepts a screenshot of a Hacoo item taken on any device, quotes one delivered price, sends photos before dispatch, and you pay per order. For the full order and refund process inside the app, see how Hacoo works from sign-in to refund.

On a computer, browse and research; order on the phone, through an agent, or with us.

Hacoo website questions

What is the official Hacoo website?

The official address is hacoo.app, which redirects to www.hacoo.app. On 12 October 2026 it showed a 'lifestyle community' landing page with links to Affiliates, the Trust Center and the App Store and Google Play downloads, not a product catalogue. Hacoo's Google Play listing names www.hacoo.app as the developer website. Type the address yourself rather than following an ad or a message, and treat other domains with caution.

Can I shop on the Hacoo website?

Partly, and not through any linked page. A search page at hacoo.app/search/ shows products with prices, and cart and account pages load for a guest. Nothing on the homepage links to them, and we did not attempt a checkout on 12 October 2026, so a full browser purchase is unverified. The robots.txt file blocks checkout and payment pages from search engines, which suggests they exist. Use the app for real orders.

Why does a Hacoo link open the homepage instead of the product?

Product links look like hacoo.app/detail/40425929. Loaded directly in a desktop or phone browser on 12 October 2026, that address showed the community landing page with an 'Open App' button, not the item. The button hands the link to the Hacoo app through a deep link. So the product is only reachable on a phone with the app installed, which is why spreadsheet links seem broken on a computer.

Is there a Hacoo website for the UK?

Yes, as a regional landing page at hacoo.app/en-GB/, with the trailing slash. Without the slash, the address returned an Access Denied error on 12 October 2026. The UK section is the same community landing page, not a separate shop. Hacoo's terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and its shipping pages quote 15 to 25 days to the UK and a £4.99 basic fee.

What happened to the Saramart website?

saramart.com showed only 'SaraMart — We'll be back soon' on 12 October 2026. Hacoo is the renamed Saramart: the Android app still uses the package com.saramart.android and help links still contain 'saramart'. An old Hacoo About page on act.hacoo.app still describes a 'one stop online shopping mall', while the current About page describes a content-sharing community. No official rename date has been published.

How can I order Hacoo items from a PC?

Not through Hacoo itself in any way we could verify. The realistic options are the phone app, an Android emulator (extra software you must trust with your account and card), or finding the same item through a shopping agent, which runs a full website. Our agent link converter turns a marketplace link into an agent link, and our WhatsApp service accepts a Hacoo screenshot and quotes one delivered price.
