What Weidian is
Weidian, which means "micro shop", is a platform where small sellers run their own storefronts, often entirely from a phone. There is no central catalogue in the way Taobao or Hacoo has one; shops are found through links, social media and, increasingly, spreadsheets. That is why Weidian rows are so common in finds lists, including mixed Hacoo lists: a creator spots a good shop and shares item links from it.
For a Hacoo shopper, the key practical fact is that Weidian sellers generally don't ship abroad. You buy through a shopping agent, which purchases the item, receives it in China, photographs it and ships it with your other items.

Weidian links and agents
A Weidian product link reads weidian.com/item.html?itemID= followed by a number. That number travels: paste a Weidian address into our converter and you get links for all 13 agents it supports, including JoyaGoo, OrientDig and GTBuy. Weidian is the platform for which we confirmed the most formats, so it's the easiest to move between agents.
Weidian items are the most portable rows in any list.
What Weidian lists contain
| Category | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|
| Budget clothes | Basics, layering pieces | Asian sizing; check centimetres |
| Bags | Plain everyday bags | Hardware quality; ask for close-ups |
| Outerwear | Seasonal jackets | Weight and volume for shipping |
| Small electronics | Cables, cases | Battery restrictions on shipping lines |
Autocomplete for "weidian spreadsheet" suggests Reddit, clothes, electronics, bags and budget, which matches what these lists usually hold. As with Hacoo, we leave out lists built around other companies' trademarks.
Basics and bags travel well; batteries and bulky items need checking.
From Hacoo to Weidian
When you trace a Hacoo item with its photo, Weidian matches are common. Confirm the match on size chart, material and buyer photos; small shops sometimes reuse the same photos for slightly different products. Then convert the Weidian link and order through an agent. The Hacoo-to-agent guide has the full routine, and the Hacoo vs agents page explains when this is worth doing.
Matching photos are a lead; matching charts are proof.
Weidian or Hacoo for the same item
If the same item is on both, the trade-off is the usual one. Hacoo: one payment, delivery estimates of 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany and Italy, returns within 15 days of delivery. Weidian through an agent: two payments, photos before shipping, and one parcel for many shops. Price both with our calculator, or let our WhatsApp service quote one delivered price.

Judging a small Weidian shop
Because Weidian shops are small, the shop matters as much as the item. Before buying, look at how long the shop has been active, how many items it lists and whether buyer photos appear across several products rather than one. Shops that post their own real photos, rather than borrowed studio images, tend to be more reliable about what they send. If the agent offers to message the seller, a quick question about size or stock is a good test of responsiveness. None of this replaces the warehouse photos, but it reduces the chance of needing an exchange in the first place.
Check the shop's history and its own photos before buying.
Building one parcel from several shops
A typical Weidian haul mixes three or four shops. Order from all of them within a few days so arrivals line up, note each shop's dispatch time, and chase any seller that hasn't shipped after a week through the agent. When everything has arrived and passed its photos, submit a single parcel. Compared with several separate Hacoo orders, that one parcel usually costs less per item, which is the main financial reason to use Weidian through an agent. Our calculator shows the difference with your own numbers.
Line up the shops, then ship once.
Finally, keep the Weidian item number in your own list next to each find; it's the one identifier every agent recognises.
It survives agent closures and link-format changes.
Weidian questions from Hacoo shoppers
What kind of shops are on Weidian?
Mostly small independent sellers, often individuals or tiny teams running a shop from a phone. That makes Weidian good for niche and fast-moving items and less predictable on service than a big store. Seller ratings and buyer photos matter more than usual, and an agent's warehouse photos are your best check before an item leaves China.
Why do Weidian links work with so many agents?
Weidian's links use a simple pattern, weidian.com/item.html?itemID= plus a number, and agents have standard ways to wrap that number. Our converter builds links for all 13 agents it supports from a single Weidian address, which is more than for Taobao or 1688, because we could confirm more agents' Weidian formats on 5 October 2026.
Can I find Hacoo items on Weidian?
Often, yes. Hacoo's catalogue comes from Chinese sellers, and some sell the same products on Weidian. Search with the Hacoo product photo using Google Lens or an agent's image search, then compare size chart, material and buyer photos. If the match holds, buying through an agent gets you warehouse photos before shipping.
Are Weidian budget lists worth it?
They can be, for basics where fit is forgiving: plain tops, socks, simple bags. The savings shrink once shipping is added, so build a full parcel rather than ordering one cheap item. A budget item that arrives in the wrong size is not a bargain, so measure first and use the warehouse photos.
What about electronics from Weidian?
Small accessories such as cables and cases are common in lists. Be cautious with anything containing batteries: many shipping lines restrict them, and some agents won't send them on standard lines. Check the agent's line rules before buying, and compare with a local shop that handles warranty and returns. Ask the agent first.
