The short answer: no confirmed link, and you don't need one to track
People search "yep express hacoo" because the two names turn up together, usually when someone is looking for where their Hacoo parcel is. We looked into it on 12 October 2026. Yepexpress is a separate forwarding service for Amazon, Taobao and 1688 orders, and we found no evidence that it carries Hacoo parcels. We also found no Yep Express tracking website. What we did find is that its shipping page reads almost exactly like Hacoo's, which explains why people connect them.
The practical point is that you do not need Yep Express to follow a Hacoo order. The tracking number and the carrier's name are inside the Hacoo app, and the rest of this page explains how to use them, what delivery windows to expect, and when to open a claim.
Track a Hacoo parcel in the Hacoo app; Yep Express is not part of any confirmed Hacoo route.
What Yepexpress says it is
Yepexpress presents itself as a buying and forwarding service: you find items on Amazon, Taobao, 1688 and other marketplaces, and it delivers them worldwide. Its homepage names the operating company as UWE International Limited, company number 15851145. Its About page calls it a "trusted partner for global shipping" for purchases from those marketplaces. Hacoo is not mentioned.
| Item | What we found |
|---|---|
| Service | Forwarding for Amazon, Taobao, 1688 and other marketplaces |
| Company named on site | UWE International Limited, no. 15851145 |
| iPhone app | "Yepexpress", Utilities category, 5.0 from 5 ratings, v1.1.1 |
| Android app | Package com.yepexpress.android |
| Trustpilot | 2.2 from 17 reviews; none mention Hacoo |
| Tracking page | None found on the site or on parcel-tracking aggregators |
| Visible site pages | About, Privacy, Billing Terms, Shipping & Delivery, Download |
One more point to avoid confusion: Trustpilot also lists a company called Yeep!, which is an unrelated parcel-locker business. Reviews there have nothing to do with either Yepexpress or Hacoo.
Yepexpress is a small forwarding service with its own apps and company name, not a carrier with a tracking site.
Why the two names get connected
The overlap is on the website, not in any delivery record we could find. Yepexpress's Shipping & Delivery page is nearly word-for-word identical to Hacoo's. It quotes the same "UK, France, Germany, Italy: 15-25 days" and "Spain: 15-30 days" lines, and it repeats the same small typo in an opening sentence about celebrating discovery. Its pages also load the same set of front-end code libraries and use the same image host as Hacoo's help centre.
That is consistent with both sites being built on the same template or by the same technology supplier. It does not show that Yepexpress ships Hacoo orders, that the two share an owner, or that either did anything wrong. Shared website platforms are common. Note too that the Hacoo side has its own mix of company names: DOOP TECH LIMITED of Hong Kong on Google Play, Hacoo Tech Limited on the App Store and a Dublin address in the website footer. Our Hacoo facts sheet lists those with sources.
What we could not confirm, after searching Hacoo's help centre, parcel-tracking aggregators and news coverage:
- any Hacoo page naming Yepexpress as a carrier or partner;
- any tracking number format that belongs to Yep Express;
- any review of Yepexpress from a Hacoo buyer.
Matching web pages, no matching parcels: treat Yep Express as unrelated to your Hacoo tracking unless the app itself names it.
How to track a Hacoo parcel, step by step
Hacoo's help centre gives one route, and it is all you need.
- Open Account, then My Orders. Orders are grouped as Pending, Preparing, Shipped and Closed.
- Open the order and tap Logistics Details. Hacoo's help centre says this shows "the shipping company, tracking number" and the scan history.
- Copy the tracking number and note the carrier name exactly as shown.
- Check the carrier's own site once the parcel reaches your country. The last-mile carrier often shows more detail, such as a delivery date, a photo or a pick-up point.
- Keep your phone number reachable. Hacoo says it notifies buyers by WhatsApp or SMS about delivery.
A few cautions. Tracking may show nothing for the first days, because Preparing comes before any carrier scan. Unshipped orders can still have their address edited on the order page; once shipped, Hacoo says the address cannot be changed. And if you were sent a "tracking" link by message that asks for a payment or a log-in, ignore it and check the order in the app instead.
Logistics Details in the app is the only tracking source you need; everything else is the carrier's own site.
Delivery windows by country
Hacoo's shipping page gave these windows on 12 October 2026, with order processing of 3–5 business days. Its EU help centre describes the same journey differently: 3–7 days preparing, 7–15 days shipping and 5–10 days for final delivery, 15–28 days in total.
| Destination | Quoted delivery | Basic shipping fee |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 15–25 days | £4.99 |
| France, Germany, Italy | 15–25 days | €4.99 |
| Spain | 15–30 days | €4.99 |
| Australia | 25–65 days (other countries) | A$6.99 |
| Other countries | 25–65 days | $7 |
| Express (where offered) | 5–7 working days | Shown at checkout |
Parcels over 3 kg add $5 per extra 0.5 kg to the basic fee. Example (illustrative dates): an order placed on 2 November to Madrid, using the help centre's 15–28-day total, should arrive between 17 and 30 November; Hacoo's 15–30-day figure for Spain stretches that to 2 December. Only after that date would a quiet tracking page be a reason to contact support.
Write down your latest expected date when you order; it tells you when silence becomes a problem.
Why you may see unfamiliar carrier names
A Hacoo parcel is usually handed between companies. One firm moves it out of China, another handles the flight or freight, and a local carrier does the final delivery in your country. Hacoo names no carriers in its help articles; it only says the carrier appears in Logistics Details. Its help centre also notes that most courier companies in the UK and Germany let you schedule delivery online, which is a hint that the last leg is handled by ordinary domestic couriers. The specific last-mile company varies by country and can change.
So an unfamiliar name in your tracking is not, by itself, a sign of a problem, and it does not mean a different company like Yep Express has taken over. Follow the tracking number. If the number stops working on one site, try the last-mile carrier's site in your country, since the number is sometimes re-labelled at hand-over.
Trust the tracking number, not the carrier name you expected.
If the carrier asks you to pay before delivery
A tracking update that says the parcel is held for fees deserves care, because it is also a common pattern in phishing texts. Check the request inside the carrier's own app or website, reached by typing its address yourself, not through a link in a message. Then compare with the rules that should apply:
- EU: import VAT is due from the first euro, and since 1 July 2026 a temporary flat €3 customs duty applies per item category (tariff sub-heading) in low-value IOSS parcels up to €150. These are normally collected at checkout. Hacoo's EU help centre says that if you are asked to pay an extra import fee or VAT, you should send the proof to customer service and Hacoo will reimburse you within 72 hours to your Balance in the app.
- UK: VAT on parcels up to £135 is charged at the point of sale, so a doorstep VAT demand on a small Hacoo parcel is unusual and worth questioning.
- US: duty-free entry for low-value parcels ended on 29 August 2025, so duties can apply.
Keep the receipt for anything you pay. Since Hacoo's reimbursement goes to the in-app Balance, ask support whether a refund to your original payment method is possible instead.
Verify any fee request on the carrier's own site, keep the receipt, then claim it back through Hacoo.
When tracking stalls, and when to claim
Hacoo's rules give a clear order of action:
- No movement, still inside the window: wait. Gaps of a week or more are normal while a parcel crosses borders.
- Past the latest quoted date: contact support through the in-app chat or [email protected] with the order number and a screenshot of Logistics Details.
- Marked delivered but not received: check neighbours and the carrier the same day, then use Refund/Exchange and choose the package-not-received option in the app.
- Returned to sender: Hacoo says the parcel goes back to the shipping company's overseas warehouse, and it will resend if supported or refund you.
- Arrived wrong or damaged: raise a refund or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. Claims are reviewed in 24–72 hours, and results arrive by WhatsApp or SMS.
Delivery problems were the second most common complaint in our analysis of 200 Hacoo Trustpilot reviews: 24.2% of the one- and two-star reviews. Several described incomplete address labels, so check yours before paying. The full claim process is in our guide to Hacoo delivery and returns, and app-side errors are covered in what to do when Hacoo is not working. If you would rather have someone else handle the shipping, our WhatsApp service sends item photos before dispatch and tracking afterwards, and you pay per order; the Hacoo vs agents comparison explains the agent route.
Wait out the window, then claim in the app with screenshots, inside 15 days of any delivery scan.
Yep Express and tracking questions
Does Yep Express deliver Hacoo parcels?
We found no evidence that it does. On 12 October 2026 neither Hacoo's help pages, nor tracking sites, nor news coverage connected Yepexpress to Hacoo deliveries, and none of its 17 Trustpilot reviews mentioned Hacoo. Its shipping page is nearly identical to Hacoo's, which suggests a shared website template or technology supplier, but that is not proof of a delivery relationship. Use the carrier shown in your Hacoo order.
Who runs Yepexpress?
Its website names UWE International Limited, company number 15851145, and describes a service that buys and forwards orders from Amazon, Taobao and 1688. Its iPhone app is sold by UWE International Limited and had five ratings when we checked on 12 October 2026. Its Trustpilot profile showed 2.2 from 17 reviews. A separate Trustpilot profile called Yeep! belongs to an unrelated parcel-locker company.
How do I track my Hacoo order?
In the Hacoo app, open Account, then My Orders, then Logistics Details. Hacoo's help centre says that page shows the shipping company and the tracking number. Copy the number and check it with the carrier named there, especially near the end of the journey. Hacoo also sends updates by WhatsApp or SMS, so keep the phone number on your account active until the parcel arrives.
How long does Hacoo take to deliver?
Hacoo's shipping page quoted 15–25 days for the UK, France, Germany and Italy, 15–30 days for Spain and 25–65 days for other countries on 12 October 2026, with an express option of 5–7 working days. Processing takes 3–5 business days by that page, or 3–7 by the help centre. Wait until the upper end of your window before treating a parcel as lost.
My Hacoo parcel says delivered but I don't have it. What now?
Check with neighbours, your building's mailroom and the carrier's delivery photo or signature the same day. Then, in the Hacoo app, choose Refund/Exchange and the option for a package not received, as the help centre describes. Do it quickly: after-sales service is guaranteed within 15 days of receiving the order, and a delivery scan starts that clock even if the parcel never reached you.
Why does my Hacoo tracking show a carrier I don't know?
A Hacoo parcel usually passes through more than one company. The help centre splits the trip into preparation, international shipping and a last-mile leg of 5–10 days in Europe, and the final carrier depends on your country. Hacoo names no carriers in its help articles, so an unfamiliar name in Logistics Details is not a warning sign by itself; the tracking number is what to follow.
