What happened to JoyaBuy
JoyaBuy changed its name to JoyaGoo on 31 March 2025. It wasn't a closure or a takeover from the buyer's point of view: the agent continued under the new brand and domain, and it was open when we checked on 5 October 2026. The full current picture, including its terms and app, is on our JoyaGoo page. This page is for the leftovers: the thousands of spreadsheet rows still pointing at the old name.
Those leftovers are common in Hacoo lists. Many "Hacoo spreadsheets" were never pure Hacoo; their authors added Weidian and Taobao finds wrapped in whichever agent they used at the time, and in 2024 that was often JoyaBuy.
A rename, not a shutdown; only the links need updating.
How to tell a JoyaBuy row from a Hacoo row

The word in the address tells you which rescue to use.
Fixing JoyaBuy rows in four steps
- Copy the old link from the spreadsheet.
- Paste it into our agent link converter. If the link holds a marketplace address, the tool extracts it and builds links for up to 13 agents, including JoyaGoo for Weidian items.
- If the converter can't read it, look for a long number in the old link; that is usually the marketplace item number. Search for it inside your agent.
- Check the listing still matches the photo in your spreadsheet before paying.

JoyaBuy, JoyaGoo and Joybuy
Three similar names, two different businesses. JoyaBuy and JoyaGoo are the same agent before and after the 2025 rename. Joybuy is something else entirely: JD.com's European online shop, launched on 16 March 2026 in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Searching "joybuy spreadsheet" will not find agent rows. Our Joybuy page explains that shop for anyone who landed in the wrong place.

Should a Hacoo shopper use JoyaGoo at all?
If your list mixes Hacoo app links with converted agent rows, using an agent for the agent rows is natural: you get warehouse photos, can combine sellers and pay shipping once. Why so many people still search for JoyaBuy
Names stick. Spreadsheets, TikTok captions and Discord pins from 2024 still say JoyaBuy, and people copy those names into search boxes. The keyword dataset we use, dated 29 September 2026, records about 3,600 monthly US searches for "joyabuy" and around 10,400 worldwide, more than many agents that never changed name. Most of those searchers are holding an old list. If that is you, the useful order of work is: convert the agent rows, open the Hacoo rows on your phone, and set aside the dead rows with their photos for an image search later. An old name in a search box usually means an old list in someone's hand.
Keep the old JoyaBuy link next to the new one in your sheet for a while, so you can trace the row back if anything looks different.

Did JoyaBuy shut down?
No, it renamed. JoyaBuy became JoyaGoo on 31 March 2025, according to the rep.tools directory and JoyaGoo's own announcement, and the agent was open when we checked on 5 October 2026. People still search for the old name heavily: the keyword data we use records about 3,600 monthly US searches for 'joyabuy'. Those searches now lead to the renamed service.
Why do JoyaBuy links in my spreadsheet fail?
Because they point at the old brand's addresses, which no longer serve the agent the same way. The products themselves usually still exist on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. Pull the item number out of the old link, or the marketplace address if the link contains one, and open it through JoyaGoo or any other open agent.
Are JoyaBuy reviews still relevant?
Mostly as history. Reviews written under the JoyaBuy name describe the same operation before the rename, but service can change over time. Current evidence is on JoyaGoo's Trustpilot page, which showed 4.6 from 2,922 reviews on 5 October 2026. Use recent reviews to judge it today rather than older JoyaBuy-era comments.
Is JoyaBuy the same as Joybuy?
No. JoyaBuy, now JoyaGoo, is a shopping agent that buys from Chinese marketplaces for you. Joybuy is JD.com's European online shop, which launched on 16 March 2026 in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. They are unrelated businesses with similar names, which is why we keep a separate Joybuy page.
Can I use a JoyaBuy row for something I saw on Hacoo?
Only if the row points at a marketplace item, which most JoyaBuy rows do. Hacoo items themselves can't go through any agent directly. If a mixed Hacoo list contains JoyaBuy rows, those are actually the easiest rows to buy from a computer: convert them to JoyaGoo or another agent and order normally.
