PandaBuy closed in 2024, yet its spreadsheets keep circulating: rescuing rows and steering clear of clones

A closed agent with a long afterlife

PandaBuy stopped trading after a police raid in April 2024, reported by the trade press at the time, and it never came back. Two and a half years later its name still draws heavy search traffic: in the keyword dataset we use, about 18,100 monthly searches in the US and 14,800 in Chile, with Italy and Poland at about 12,100 each. Hardly anyone searching wants a new PandaBuy account. They're holding an old spreadsheet and wondering if it's worth anything.

The agent is long gone; the question is only what to do with its lists.

Rescuing rows from a PandaBuy list

1. Try the converter. Paste the row into our agent link converter. Many PandaBuy links carried the original marketplace address; if so, you'll get links for open agents.
2. Short links: those are dead. Go to the row's photo instead.
3. Image search: use the photo with Google Lens or the Taobao app, as in our Hacoo-to-agent guide, and compare size chart and material.

Avoiding clones

Closed brands attract look-alikes. Sites using the PandaBuy name, sometimes with a slightly different spelling or domain ending, are not the original agent. Don't create an account, don't pay, and never type an old PandaBuy password into them. If you reused that password elsewhere, change it there now. The same caution applies to look-alike domains of living agents, as on our Oopbuy and BBDBuy pages.

Anything calling itself PandaBuy today is someone else.

Hacoo or an open agent?

PandaBuy users were mostly agent users: they wanted Taobao and Weidian items, warehouse photos and big consolidated parcels. For that, an agent marked open on our status list is the natural replacement; pay per order and don't store money in the wallet. If you only buy a couple of simple items now and then, the Hacoo app may suit you better: one checkout, delivery estimates of 15–25 days to the UK, France, Germany and Italy, and 15 days after delivery for returns. Haulers need an agent; occasional buyers may prefer Hacoo.

What the raid still teaches

The PandaBuy raid targeted trademark-infringing goods passing through its warehouses. The lesson for any buyer is that customs and rights holders act on what is shipped, regardless of the agent or app used. Customs in the EU, UK and US can seize trademark-infringing goods. Old PandaBuy price notes

Many PandaBuy sheets list prices from 2023 or early 2024. Treat them as history. Seller prices have moved, exchange rates have changed, US duty-free entry for small parcels was suspended on 29 August 2025, and the EU added a €3 duty per item category on low-value IOSS parcels in July 2026. Is PandaBuy coming back?

There's no sign of it. PandaBuy was raided in April 2024, as reported by World Trademark Review and others, and the rep.tools status board still listed it as dead on 31 August 2026. Its Trustpilot profile is unclaimed. Sites that use the PandaBuy name today are not the original agent, and you shouldn't create accounts or pay on them.

Why do people still search for PandaBuy spreadsheets?

Because the lists were enormous and widely copied, and they still exist in Google Drive folders, Discord pins and PDFs. In the keyword dataset we use, PandaBuy still draws about 18,100 monthly searches in the US and 14,800 in Chile. Most searchers want to know whether their old list can still be used. The items often can; the agent cannot.

How do I use a PandaBuy row today?

Find the marketplace item behind it. Many PandaBuy links contain the Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address; paste the row into our converter to extract it and get links for open agents. Old PandaBuy short links stopped working long ago, so for those you'll need the row's photo and an image search to find the item again.

Are there PandaBuy clone sites?

Look-alike sites using the PandaBuy name have appeared since the closure. Treat any site claiming to be PandaBuy as unrelated to the original agent. Don't sign up, don't pay and don't enter old PandaBuy login details. If you reused your old PandaBuy password anywhere, change it there; a closed service can't protect its old data.

Is Hacoo an alternative to PandaBuy?

For some buyers. Hacoo is a store, not an agent: you pay once in the app, it ships, and you can return within 15 days of delivery. You don't see your item before it ships, and Hacoo can't open PandaBuy rows. For single items it's simpler than any agent; for big hauls built from old PandaBuy lists, an open agent fits better.
